On the Island of Bali I was creating many new artworks & ideas when I wrote a message on my iphone to a MoMA Lemon Artist https://momalemon.gallery/About-Momalemon and used a butterfly & my favourite emoji of all, the lemon.
"WOW" was born. On that day, the 9th November 2018
I had taken a Süddeutsche Newpaper with me along with some other newspapers & I also had a dollar with me.
I painted the butterfly & lemon WOW on the Süddeutsche & on the same day the "WOW Dollar" was born.
I then took a couple of days off on the incredibly beautiful Island of Nusa Penida. It was a WOW time for the New. True creation is like that, it isn't about knowing, in nature everything happens as if by magic without knowledge.
I had the original WOW Dollar framed by the company Haffke in Altötting & sold it sometime later for 1.000€
For myself, missing the original, I had a digital print made by Christian Günther, precision Medien Designer, adorned with Goldleaf spots & framed by Bühlmayer Gilders & Framers in Vienna.
In February 2022 I had the WOW Dollar printed on Canvas 200 x 483cm by Big Image in Potsdam, the biggest Inkjet Printer in the World, like I had done before with the 5 Deutschmark Banknote from 1948 depicting Europa riding the bull. The latter is on show in the Exhibition, "The Weightlessness of Nothing", April to October 2024 in the Open-Air Museum in Massing in Lower Bavaria in Germany, an exhibition which shows my lifetime's work as an artist:

Auf der Insel Bali kreierte ich viele neue Kunstprojekte, als ich mein iPhone benutzte, um mit einem Schmetterling und meinem Lieblingsemoji, der Zitrone, eine Nachricht an einen Künstler des MoMA Lemon zu schreiben.
"WOW" war geboren. An diesem Tag, dem 9. November 2018, hatte ich eine Süddeutsche Zeitung und einige andere Zeitungen in der Hand & ich hatte auch einen Dollar dabei.
Ich zeichnete den Schmetterling & die Zitrone WOW auf die Süddeutsche & noch am selben Tag wurde der "WOW Dollar" geboren.
Danach habe ich ein paar Tage Urlaub auf der unglaublich schönen Insel Nusa Penida gemacht. Es war eine WOW-Zeit für das Neue. Wahre Schöpfung ist so, es geht nicht um Wissen, wo alles wie von Zauberhand geschieht. In der Natur geschieht alles von selbst, ohne Wissen.
Den originalen WOW Dollar habe ich bei der Firma Haffke in Altötting rahmen lassen & irgendwann später für 1.000 € verkauft
Für mich, dem das Original fehlt, habe ich einen Digitaldruck von Christian Günther, Präzisions-Mediendesigner, auch MoMA Lemon Künstler, anfertigen lassen & bei Bühlmayer Gilders & Framers in Wien gerahmt & mit Blattgoldtupfen verziert.
Im Februar 2022 habe ich den WOW Dollar bei Big Image in Potsdam, dem größten Tintenstrahldrucker der Welt, auf Leinwand (200 x 483 cm) drucken lassen, wie zuvor schon die 5-Mark-Banknote von 1948, die Europa auf dem Stier reitend zeigt. Letzteres ist in der Ausstellung "Die Schwerelosigkeit des Nichts" von April bis Oktober 2024 im Freilichtmuseum in Massing in Niederbayern zu sehen, eine Ausstellung, die mein Lebenswerk als Künstler zeigt:
